This is the largest hotel inventory in the Middle East.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The new hotel will be able to accommodate about 3,500 guests. The hotel opening also marks the launch of the first phase of the Jabal Omar real estate project.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Yousuf Abdul Latif Jameel, chairman of ALJ Real Estate Investment Company focussed on the government&rsquo;s efforts to develop the two holy cities and expand their hospitality facilities. &ldquo;Such projects are important as the Kingdom bracing for 13 million foreign pilgrims who are expected to come for Haj and Umrah by the year 2019,&rdquo; he added.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">He also noted Prince Mishaal&rsquo;s support to Jabal Omar project. &ldquo;In the second and third phases of the project, Jabal Omar hotels will be able to provide 7,000 rooms within the next seven years,&rdquo; he said<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA), and Makkah Gov Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah, jointly opened the 1,743-room Anjum Hotel-Makkah.
