City&rsquo; from the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">HE Helal Saeed Almarri, director general of DTCM said: &ldquo;Festivals and events in Dubai form not only a crucial part of the current culture and are a vital part of the emirate&rsquo;s future growth. Residents and tourists have a lot to look forward to as we continue to strengthen existing successful events and festivals, as well as focus on attracting and encouraging a number of new major events.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Festivals and events have been identified as one of the three key pillars alongside family and business tourism.
