The food and beverage portfolio will include an all-day dining room, lobby lounge and bar, beach eatery and specialty restaurant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1em; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; font-size: 0.938em; line-height: 1.5; padding-left: 1.25em; padding-right: 1.25em; color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While the Swiss\u00f4tel property will include 250 guestrooms and suites and 50 luxury residential apartments under the Swiss\u00f4tel Living concept.
