جمعية السياحة تدعو الفعاليات التجارية لحوار حول القانون الملزم والإجباري بتعيين مستشارين قانونين في المؤسسات(عربي وانجليزي)

  دعت جمعية وكلاء السياحة والسفر الأردنية لاجتماع القطاعات التجارية والاقتصادية في غرفة تجارة عمان يوم الخميس الموافق 4 ايلول ،     وذلك بهدف خلق حوار وصناعة رأي عام حول القانون المعدل لقانون ونظام نقابة المحاميين والذي يلزم فيه ويجبر  الشركات      والمؤسسات التي تزيد رأسمالها عن 20ألف دينار بتعيين مستشار قانوني إجباري مما اثار استياء الفعاليات التجارية والاقتصادية  .

     و حضر الاجتماع عدد كبير من المهتمين والمراقبين  ووممثلي القطاع التجاري والسياحي  حيث حضر  السيد  شريف الزعبي عضو مجلس نقابة التجار و السيد شاهر حمدان  رئيس جمعية وكلاء السياحة والسفر الاردنية وممثلي واصحاب مكاتب السياحة

و تم استعراض الآراء بكل شفافية ووضوح وبمصداقية وبيان الآثار السلبية  وتداعيات القانون على مسيرة الاستثمار بشكل عام في الأردن .وبيان  أثر مثل هذا القانون على أعمال الشركات والمؤسسات التي الزمت بموجبه اعتبارا من نفاذه .

    وقال السيد شاهر حمدان أن القانون وقد أخذ مراحله التشريعية قد أصبح نافذا ولكن هذا لايعني قبولنا للأسباب منها , أن القانون لا سابقة له

وبين في كلمته :    ان المضمون القانوني  تضمن   تنفيع واستفادة لفئة على حساب فئة أخرى وذلك يؤثر على الاستثمار .

وأضاف حمدان أن كثير من المستثمرين سيترددون  في    عمل استثمارات في الأردن على اعتبار أن هذا القانون الذي يجبر أصحاب العمل على تعيين مستشار قانوني دون الحاجة له سيدفعهم بالتأكيد

   للتردد في عمل استثمارات جديدة هذا من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى سيؤثر سلبا على الاستثمارات القائمة من خلال تحميلها أعباء مالية وإدارية.

   إلى خلق تخوفات من صدور قوانين مماثلة لمنفعة  وتشغيل فئات على حساب فئات بقوانين مماثلة

  وقال السيد شاهر حمدان رئيس جمعية وكلاء السياحة والسفر أننا جميعا مطلوب  ان نعلن موقفنا  من هذا القانون والعمل بكل الوسائل المشروعة  لايقاف المواد التي ترغم  المؤسسات التي ليست بحاجة  لمستشار قانوني او لا تملك القدرة المالية لفعل ذلك

ونوه حمدان الى ان المواد الملزمة   سابقة لا مثيل لها و تسيء لسمعة الأردن والقوانين .

  وقال السيد شريف الزعبي ” عضو نقابة التجار أن هذا القانون سيجبر 120 ألف شركة على تعيين مستشار قانوني بالتزامن مع غرامات  مالية لكل مؤسسة أو شركة لا تطبق  القانون .

 و أضاف أن القانون بصورته الحالية يحتاج من كل القطاعات التجارية والرأي العام وقفة موحدة فيها إلى كل الأساليب الممكنة لتصحيح ما نعتبره   تدخلا في أعمال وإدارة المؤسسات والشركات التي يلزمها القانون.

Agents Association of travel and tourism invited for the meeting to the Jordanian trade and economic sectors in the Amman Chamber of Commerce

 

In order to create dialogue & opinion about the amended law to law and order and the Bar Association, which is required and which forcing companies And organizations that increase its capital from 20 thousand  dinars to appoint legal counsel is mandatory, angering business events and economic development

 

And the meeting was attended by a large number of interested observers and Ommthlee sector, trade and tourism, where he attended Mr. Sharif Al Zoubi Traders Association board member and Mr. Shaher Hamdan, head of the Association of Tourist and Travel Agents Jordan and representatives of the owners and tourism offices

 

And opinions have been reviewed in all transparency and clarity and credibility of the statement and the negative effects and repercussions of the law on the progress of investment in general inJordan

 

And demonstrate the impact of such a law on the work of companies and institutions from which obliges force.

 

     Said Mr. Shaher Hamdan, that the law has taken legislative stages has become effective, but this does not mean our acceptance of reasons, including, that the law does not unprecedented

 

 

 

He explained in his speech: that the legal content to ensure the benefit and advantage for a class at the expense of another class, and it affecting investment

 

.

 

Hamdan added that many investors are reluctant to work investments in Jordan on the grounds that the law, which forcing employers to appoint a legal advisor without having him push them certainly frequency in the work of new investments on the one hand and on the other hand would negatively affect the existing investments through the loaded burdens financial and administrative

 

To create fears of the issuance of similar laws for the benefit of and run classes at the expense of groups of similar laws

 

Said Mr. Shaher Hamdan, head of the Association and the travel agents that we are all required to announce our position on this law and work with all legitimate means to stop the material that forcing institutions that are not in need of legal counsel or do not have the financial capacity to do this

 

Hamdan noted that the binding material without precedent and harm the reputation of Jordan and laws

 

Mr. Sharif Al Zoubi, “union member traders  says that this law will force  more than 120 thousand companies to appointment a legal adviser in conjunction with fines for each institution or company that does not enforce the law.

  He added that the law in its current form needs of all business sectors, public opinion and stand united to all the possible ways to correct what we consider to be an interference in the work and management of companies and institutions which are required by law
