وزارة السياحة والآثار تطلق آلية تواصل مع السياح المتأثرين بالأحداث الإقليمية
.     عمان – في ظل التطورات الإقليمية الراهنة، وحرصاً على سلامة وراحة ضيوف المملكة، أعلنت وزارة السياحة والآثار عن إطلاق آلية جديدة تهدف إلى تسهيل التواصل مع السياح المتأثرين بظروف السفر الاستثنائية كإلغاء او تأجيل رحلاتهم، وذلك لضمان تقديم المساعدة المناسبة عند الحاجة.
وتتيح هذه الآلية للزوار التواصل المباشر مع الوزارة لعرض احتياجاتهم، سواء كانت تتعلق بتعديل أو إلغاء خطط السفر، أو طلب الدعم اللوجستي، أو الإبلاغ عن أي طارئ يواجههم أثناء إقامتهم.
وأكدت الوزارة في بيان لها أن الأردن ما زال يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الأمان والاستقرار، وأن المواقع السياحية في جميع أنحاء المملكة تعمل كالمعتاد. وشددت على أن هذه الآلية تأتي في سياق المساندة والحرص على راحة الزوار وإظهار التزام المملكة برعاية ضيوفها.
ودعت الوزارة جميع السياح المتأثرين والراغبين في الاستفادة من هذه الألية مؤكدة أن فرقها، بالتعاون مع الشركاء المعنيين، على استعداد تام لتقديم الدعم والتنسيق اللازمين على مدار الساعة.

   Communication Mechanism for Tourists Affected by Regional Developments
   In light of the current regional developments, and in line with its commitment to the safety and comfort of the Kingdom’s guests, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has announced the launch a visitors’ support mechanism aimed at facilitating communication with tourists affected by exceptional travel circumstances, such as flight cancellations or delays, to ensure appropriate support is provided when needed.
   This mechanism enables visitors to communicate directly with the Ministry to communicate their needs—whether related to modifying or cancelling travel plans, requesting logistical support, or reporting any emergencies they may encounter during their stay.
   The Ministry affirmed that Jordan continues to enjoy a high degree of safety and stability, and that tourist sites across the Kingdom are operating as usual. It emphasised that this initiative is part of broader efforts to support visitors and reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment towards providing excellent services to its guests.
   The Ministry also called on affected tourists who wish to benefit from this mechanism to do so, affirming that its teams—working in coordination with all relevant partners—are fully prepared to provide the necessary assistance and coordination around the clock.
