President Barack Obama has hosted the annual White House Science Fair every year since 2010, when he launched it to honor kids from kindergarten to 12th grade who submit projects from the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) disciplines.
Th fair is an opportunity for Obama to let loose and have fun with kids who come to Washington, DC, to demonstrate their inventions to the president, who says he wants to “celebrate outstanding work by young people in science at least as much as we do Super Bowl winners
