أعلن منتجع و سبا كراون بلازا البحر الميت- الاردن عن اعتماده كأول مركز تدريب في الأردن لهاي فيلد لاعتماد المطابقة في المملكة المتحدة. يعد هايفيلد لاعتماد المطابقة الأول في العالم لاعتماد سلامة الأعذية و مؤهلات المطابقة و توفير المواد التدريبية. يأتي هذا بعد إعلان المنتجع عن كونه أول فندق في منطقة البحر الميت و أول فندق تابع لمجموعة فنادق الإنتركونتيننتال في الأردن و فلسطين يحصل على شهادة الآيزو 22000:2005 الخاصة بسلامة الأغذية.الآن، منتجع و سبا كراون بلازا البحر الميت- الأردن مسجّل رسميا ليقدم برامج تدريب للحصول على المؤهلات التالية الخاصة بهايفيلد لاعتماد المطابقة:  

 جائزة الدرجة الأولى لسلامة تموين الاغذية، جائزة الدرجة الثانية لسلامة تموين الأغذية، جائزة الدرجة الثالثة لمراقبة سلامة تموين الأغذية،جائزة الدرجة الرابعة في النظافة لإدارة تموين الأغذية، جائزة الدرجة الثانية في تموين الأغذية (أساسيات)، جائزة الدرجة الثالثة في تموين الأغذية على مرحلة متوسطة، و جائزة الدرجة الثالثة الخاصة بالتدقيق الكفؤ و مهارات التفتيش.

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa is now accredited as the first approved training center for the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance UK (HABC) in Jordan; HABC being the world’s leading provider of food safety and compliance qualification and training material. This comes after the resort’s announcement that it is the first IHG hotel in Jordan & Palestine and the first hotel in the Dead Sea area to be certified with the ISO 22000: 2005 for food safety.

Now, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa is officially registered to provide HABC training programs that lead to the following HABC qualifications: Level 1 Award in Food Safety for catering, HABC Level 2 Award in food safety in catering (QCF), HABC Level 3 Award in supervising food safety in catering (QCF), HABC Level 4 Award in hygiene for management in catering (QCF), Level  2 Award in HACCP for catering (foundation), Level 3 Award in intermediate HACCP for catering, and Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills.

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa boasts 420 rooms and suites, including one Presidential Suite and one Royal suite.
