AT INTERCONTINENTAL JORDAN

InterContinental Jordan has adopted an original culinary concept developed by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Asia, Middle East & Africa. The Culinary Panel Recipes is an interesting and innovative concept, in which five celebrity chefs provide 20 tested bespoke recipes to be featured in IHG’s different hotels.

Each one of the five chefs is referred to as a Culinary Ambassador, and the one that InterContinental Jordan selected is Chef Dean Bretschneider, whose specialty is bakery and pastry. Bretschneider is from New Zealand and enjoys more than 20 years of culinary experience, specifically in the world of baked goods and delicious pastries. The recipes that he developed for this concept will be featured in InterContinental Jordan’s The Atrium, Deli Café and the Club Lounge.

InterContinental Jordan is known for its passion and enthusiasm for new and innovative ideas and initiatives, including those related to culinary and gastronomy. InterContinental Jordan participated three consecutive years in the famous and successful French Gastronomy Week, in which a well-known French chef offers a special menu for a whole week, so that guests can get a taste of the true and authentic fine French cuisine
